Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days, without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party other than the carrier, designated by you) take physical possession of the last item in your order.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and suitable for resale.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that is abusive or made outside the allowed timeframe.

Return shipping costs remain at the customer's expense.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that is abusive or submitted after the deadline.
